Art Farm Summer Camp Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions for summer camp and cancellations are as follows:
Deposits & Payments
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of registration to reserve your child's space.
- Balance is due on or before your child starts camp. If you have not paid off your balance we will reach out to you to receive payment.
- We do not accept checks for camp enrollment.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Cancellations or a reduction in tuition before April 1st will be refunded, minus a one-time $100 transaction fee.
- There are NO refunds for cancellations or a reduction in tuition received after April 1st.
- In the event of serious illness or accident during or before camp, a prorated refund will be given when accompanied by a physician's letter minus the $100 service fee.
- In the event that your balance has not been received your child will not be able to attend camp.
- Refunds will not be granted for sick or absent days. We do not offer make-ups so we can maintain the right teacher-child ratio per group.
Changes in Registration
- A $50 service fee per family will be charged for changes equal in value made after we have received your registration. There will be no additional fees when registration is added.
Medical Information
- Medical forms are due by the start of your child's camp or before. Your child can not attend camp without a valid medical form.
- I certify that my child has no known medical or other conditions that could interfere with his/her participation in The Art Farm's activities.
- If my child has any limitations to participate in all camp activities, I have reached out to the Camp Director prior to enrollment.
Photo/Media Usage
- All photos taken during the course of camp activities are the property of The Art Farm and will be used for promotional use. If you do not want your child photographed at camp for newsletters and promotions please contact the camp director.
Miscellaneous Camp Requirements
- On swim days, if swimming is a part of our child’s camp program - children must come to camp in their bathing suits with a towel and a clean dry change of clothes.
Parent/Guardian Acknowledgements
- Children will only be released to guardians listed on their registration form. Unless otherwise camp administration has been notified.
- The legal guardian hereby gives approval and consent for the child's participation in the activities of The Art Farm.
- I understand and agree that the activities in which my child is participating are primarily instructional in nature.
- The legal guardian understands and acknowledges that his/her child's participation in the activities is completely voluntary and has familiarized him/her with the activities in which hazards and/or dangers are inherent. Accordingly, The Art Farm has taken safety measures to minimize the risk of injury to the participants in such activities.
- The Art Farm cannot ensure or guarantee that the participants, equipment, premises and/or activities will be free of hazards, accidents and/or injuries.
- The child and legal guardian agree to abide by the rules and regulations established by The Art Farm for the health, safety and welfare of everyone involved.
- If in the judgment of the program director it is deemed necessary to use medical, surgical or dental aid for the child's health, the legal guardian hereby permits the program director to do so.
