We believe that it’s never too early to start teaching kids about the importance of taking care of our planet. In our Three’s Preschool program, students learn about environmental stewardship through fun lessons and engaging activities. Students are taught about the importance of recycling and how it can help reduce pollution, conserve resources, and make our planet a healthier place to live. We even have a special recycling bin in our classroom where kids can deposit their recyclable materials.

Monthly Cooking and Nutrition Classes

In our monthly cooking and nutrition classes, students learn about the importance of healthy eating habits. They also get to experience the joy of cooking with fresh fruits and vegetables! With guidance from our experienced educators, kids will make healthy snacks and dishes that they can share with their families.  These classes are not only a lot of fun, but they also help promote healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime.

Educational Animal Experiences

The Art Farm NYC is home to a variety of animals, including rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, lizards, doves, frogs, and more! Our Three’s Preschoolers have the unique opportunity to interact with these animals on a daily basis in our indoor petting zoo. These educational animal experiences help promote empathy and compassion in our students while teaching them about biology, animal care, and proper handling.

Structured Outdoor Playtime 

We believe that kids should spend time outdoors every day, so our Three’s Preschool program includes structured outdoor playtime at Asphalt Green Playground one block away. Students have the opportunity to explore, run, and play games with their classmates while getting some much-needed fresh air. Outdoor playtime is also a great opportunity for students to burn off energy and get some exercise, where they can continue to develop their motor skills.
