The Art Farm Class Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions for classes and cancellations are as follows:
Registration & Payment
- Registration is confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and either a deposit or full payment.
- Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Cancellations made before the student’s fourth class are eligible for a prorated refund.
- No refunds will be issued after the fourth class.
- Drop-in classes are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Class Schedule
- Class schedules are subject to change due to insufficient enrollment.
- Classes may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of the program.
Attendance & Health
- Please keep your child home if they are sick or showing signs of illness.
- For cooking classes:
- Participants may not enter class after 15 minutes has passed.
- A make-up class may be scheduled if arrival is more than 15 minutes after the start time.
Make-Up Classes

Make-up classes must be scheduled within the same semester of registration and for the same class.
- A maximum of two (2) make-up classes per semester is permitted.
Adult Participation Classes
- For adult participation classes, parents or caregivers are responsible for their child’s behavior:
- During class time
- During animal interactions
- This is to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for children, staff, and animals.
Assumption of Risk
- The Art Farm cannot ensure or guarantee that participants, equipment, premises, or activities will be free from hazards, accidents, or injuries.
- Participation in classes and activities is voluntary and assumes inherent risk.
Medical Authorization

- If, in the judgment of the program director, medical, surgical, or dental care is deemed necessary for a child’s health, the legal guardian grants permission for such care to be administered.
